Brand Workshop: The Brand Workshop is the most important element of the client brand process and is designed to be engaging, productive and rewarding. How do we build a brand?

We research the marketplace, interview the key decision makers and use thinking exercises to explore the scope of the brand. The outcome is a clear idea of what the brand does and what it represents and what makes its customers keep coming back. We establish the long-term vision for the brand and examine how this is going to be achieved. We look at the brands relationship to its competitor brands and profile the community who will be interested in it - customers, suppliers, partners and most importantly you and your colleagues.

Brand Book and Guidelines

A brand will not succeed if the strategy is only known to the management team and the brand consultancy. It is essential to share the brand story and enroll your employees, suppliers and loyal customers as Ambassadors for your brand. The best advert for a brand is a satisfied customer or client who is only too happy to refer your details to friends and colleagues. This form of brand building is far more credible and powerful than any advertising campaign can ever be.

The important job of the Brand Book is to inform all members of staff what the brand is and is an important tool for the Human Resources and Marketing Departments. Every member of staff should be familiar with the brand strategy and understand their contribution to making it succeed.
