KIO
is a mining operation in the Uralsk region of Kazakhstan. The Karachaganak
Integrated Organisation is part owned by: Agip, BG, LUKOil and Texaco.
KIO originally had a complex symbol and no formalised typography. We simplified the design and stipulated a fixed colour palette and font. We provided guidelines and artwork for cross-media application.
The project included the design and build of the KIO Website.
